Position summary
The Adminstrative Assistant position will assist and interact with students during evening class time, do research and statistical analysis for the department and other projects as needed. The hours for this position are 3pm-7pm M-TH and 8am-12pm F.

- Strong technology skills, with a good knowledge of a variety of computer applications programs (Microsoft Office applications, SPSS)

- Must communicate well and be able to problem-solve, evaluate and prioritize
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Basic statistical analysis and reporting
- Developing and updating program materials
- Maintain program files
- Support for the departmental events (new students’ orientation, summer institute, TLC Conference, etc.)

Technical competencies
- Proficient in a variety of computer applications programs specifically Excel, SPSS, Word and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Data Management programs
