CYE GENERAL AND ADMIN - Marketing/Comm Coordinator-CYE Events

Position summary

This position will be the primary communication/marketing manager for all CYE ministries. Example: 2024 Pathfinder Camporee, Youth congress, Childrens ministries, 180 Symposium, etc.

Qualifications summary

Bachelors degree preferred

Must be an excellent communicator

Must be a self starter

Must be a multi-task person to manage projects

Work in a multi-cullural setting


Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Report to the Executive Director for assignments. 


2. Serve as a member of the Center for Youth Evangelism staff.


3. Support all CYE ministries in marketing/communications master plans


4. CYE and Camporee website content and design


5. Monitor and create content for Facebook, twitter, snapchat and Instagram pages. 


6. Oversee creation of CYE ministry marketing videos


7. Regularly send monthly cye newsletters


8. Asst. Supervision of logistical aspects of conference planning 


9. Help build team of local volunteers to share responsibilities.


10. Calling churches and pastors


11. Maintain regular office hours.


12. Must be able to work 4-5 events away from CYE each year

Supervisory responsibilities

Person may be in a supervisor roll for students workers and volunteers at CYE as needed throughout the year.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree preferred.


2. Must be an excellent communicator.


3. Must be a self-starter


4. Must be able to multi-task and manage projects


5. Use MAC OS system


6. Excellent in writting skills


7. Media experience

Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
