MARKETING & ENROLLMENT MANAGMENT - Enrollment Marketing Communication Manager

Position summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Recruitment & Admissions, creates communications content, and manages marketing and communication plans for Enrollment Management and the School of Distance Education in relation to prospective students (leads, inquiries, applicants, and accepted students). Manages the Enrollment Communications Associate and student staff with the day-to-day execution of processes, including data entry, lead import, customized mailings, email and text communications, and materials inventory. Provides support services to Marketing & Enrollment Management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications summary

- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- CRM systems experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience preferred
- Planning and organization skills required

Duties and responsibilities
Communication and Enrollment
- Works closely with the Executive Director, UG Recruitment & Admissions and the CRM Administrator to develop automated communication processes
- Leads the creation, management, and implementation of the university strategic communication plan for prospective students and parents – HTML emails, acceptance letters, postcards, posters, emails, texts, phone calls, etc.
- Makes strategic recommendations for modifying/enhancing the communication plan based on market trends, results, testing, and then leads the implementation of those changes
- Drafts written content as part of the prospective student communication plan
- Develops and manages Andrews University information and resource kits for feeder schools
- Manages the tracking of interest origin (paper interest cards, web, digital ads, lists, etc.).
- Oversees the data entry and communications for prospective students in collaboration with the Enrollment team
- Surveys new students and accepted students who do not enroll at Andrews
- Assists with enrollment initiatives, communications support, and committees as assigned
- Manages the university strategic CRM communication plan for prospective students (Recruit, Salesforce, and Mongoose Cadence)
- Assists the CRM Administrator with maintaining optimum communications in the CRM systems
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory responsibilities
Manages the hiring and training of Enrollment Communication Associate and student workers for the mail room and tele-counseling areas
- Manages the operations of the Enrollment Communication Center, including the switchboard
Qualifications

Physical demands
