MARKETING & ENROLLMENT MANAGMENT - Communication Systems Coordinator

Position summary
Executes and manages marketing and communication plans for Enrollment Management in relation to prospective students (leads, inquiries, applicants, and accepted students). Manages student staff with the day-to-day execution of processes, supervises data entry, import leads, customized mailings, and materials inventory. Provides support services to Enrollment Management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications summary

- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- CRM systems experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience preferred
- Planning and organization skills required

Duties and responsibilities
Communication and Enrollment
- Works closely with Director of Strategic Marketing and CRM Administrator to develop automated communication processes
- Executes the university strategic communication plan for prospective students and parents– letters, postcards, posters, emails, texts, etc.
- Implements HTML emails and maintain acceptance letters in LetterGen
- Develops and manages Andrews University information and resource kits to academies, Christian colleges, regional colleges, and other feeder schools
- Administers promotional pieces for the Enrollment Management team
- Maintains and manages the tracking of interest origin (paper interest cards, web, digital ads, lists, etc.).
- Oversees the data entry process for prospective student in collaboration with the Enrollment team
- Oversees the enroll email, mail room, promotional pieces, etc.
- Oversees all returned mail for the Enrollment Management team
- Surveys new students and accepted students that do not attend Andrews
- Assists enrollment initiatives and events as assigned
- Assists academic departments with their communication plans as assigned
- Participates in committees and meetings as assigned
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Executes the university strategic CRM communication plan for prospective students (Recruit, Salesforce, and Mongoose Candence)
- Assists the CRM Administrator with maintaining optimum communications in the CRM systems
- Assists the CRM Administrator with exports/imports from third-party partner applications, ensuring that data and timing needs are met, such as ACT, SAT, PSAT, NRCCUA, etc.
Supervisory responsibilities
- Manages the hiring and training of student workers for the mail room and Tele-counseling areas
- Tracks student workers weekly hours
- Manages the operations of the Enrollment Communication Center
Qualifications

- CMS experience preferred

Physical demands
Work at computer for long periods. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
