CYE GENERAL AND ADMIN - CYE Projects Manager

Position summary
This position will be in the Office of CYE and will work with over 15 different ministries. This is a fun and fast pace job that will excite anyone that loves doing youth and young adult ministries.
Qualifications summary
This individual must be highly organized and provide oversight for all ongoing projects and assure deadlines are met. This position requires a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, complex problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the abilities to prioritize work, use time effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This individual must use discretion, sensitivity, and sound judgment to handle or refer a wide range of people and/or issues.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
Will be working with 2024 camporee and the different ministries within CYE.
Planning events.
Site visits as needed and helping others plan ministry events.
Supervisory responsibilities
Students as needed
Qualifications
- A Seventh-day Adventist Christian in good standing with an active faith relationship and walk with Jesus
- Previous experience in event planning and leadership
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow through and striving for excellence in all areas of ministries.
- Excellent communicator, communicating cross-generationally and cross -culturally.
- Self-starter, self-disciplined, having the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with and manage strong personalities
- Has experience managing business website(s) & social media site(s)
- Bachelors or higher degree preferred
