MARKETING & ENROLLMENT MANAGMENT - Enrollment Communication Associate

Position summary
Reporting to the Enrollment Marketing Communication Manager, the Enrollment Communication Associate executes marketing and communication plans for Enrollment Management and the School of Distance Education in relation to prospective students (leads, inquiries, applicants, and accepted students). Performs the day-to-day tasks of enrollment communication processes, including data entry, imports, customized mailings, email and text communications, and maintaining enrollment materials inventory. Provides support services to Marketing & Enrollment Management (MEM) and other departments as needed.
Qualifications summary
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in communication or related field preferred. Planning and organizational skills required. One or more years of relevant experience preferred, including customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
Communication and Enrollment
- Executes the University strategic communication plan for prospective students and parents – HTML emails, acceptance letters, postcards, acceptance boxes, posters, emails, texts, phone calls, etc.
- Sends Andrews University information and resource kits for academies, Christian colleges, regional colleges, and other feeder schools
- Maintains tracking of interest origin (paper interest cards, web, digital ads, lists, etc.)
- Performs data entry and communication processes for prospective students in collaboration with the Enrollment team
- Processes all returned mail for the Enrollment Management team
- Responsible for enroll@andrews.edu email
- Assists with oversight of mail room student workers and processes
- Assists with other enrollment activities as assigned
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Assists with implementation of the CRM communication plan for prospective students (Recruit, Salesforce, and Mongoose Cadence)
- Monitors automated communication processes through the CRM
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory responsibilities
Assists with oversight of student workers in the Enrollment Communication Center.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in communication or related field preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Planning and organization skills required
- Leadership skills
- Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

Physical demands
Work at computer for long periods. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work environment
Office environment. Mostly sitting or standing at a computer workstation for full shifts.
