Position summary
The CEIS Dean's Office/Graduate Programs Offfice is seeking a graduate student who has excellent communication skills and who has experience with using Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat X Pro. A qualified applicant will assist with data management systems. In addition, will provide support to the Accreditation, Assessment and Graduate Records Officer.
Qualifications summary
The qualified applicant should be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically have knowledge of Excel. Some knowledge of Access Database, and Adobe-Pro will be a plus. The ideal candidate should have eye for detail, be dependable, have strong communication skills, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assists in creating reports in Excel
- Assists in improving Access Database
- Assists in updating Adobe-Pro forms
- Observant and analytical
