Position summary

The College of Health and Human Services is seeking a student worker to provide support to the College in a social media content creator role.  The successful candidate will work with the Recruiting and Marketing Coordinator to create content for the social media pages of College of Health and Human Services.

The successful candidate will also support the general functioning of the Office by helping with other recruiting efforts. Must be available to work 12 hours per week.

Qualifications summary

Good organizational skills; detail-oriented; good understanding social media; MUST maintain confidentiality and be reliable.  Blocks of time  during the regular work day is required.

Duties and responsibilities

Create videos and taking pictures to be used on social media

Create social media calendar based on departmental and college-wide activities

Keep social media pages active to encourage growth

Be mindful of social media trends

Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory responsibilities

None

Qualifications

Degree not required.

Good customer service skills required.

Must be able to communicate effectively. 

Exercise good judgement.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Interpersonal interactions

Must be comfortable communincating via social media. English language proficiency a necessity.
