Position summary
Supports programs within CHHS by assisting with the day-to-day management of admissions through Ellucian Software (Recruit).

Baccalaureate degree or equivalent (exemplary work history in higher education and demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills including proficiency in work processing, spreadsheets, and database) will be considered.
Experience in marketing/ branding; customer relations; and academic admissions/ enrollment preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Track and manage applicants in Recruit.
- Communicate with apllicants in recruit and follow up with them to answer questions and guide them through the inquiry,application, acceptance and registration process by phone and emails.
- Create and update google docs for CHHS schools/department.
- Analyze recruitment data
- Maintains confidentiality of student records in compliance with the Family Education/Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Supervisory responsibilities
Supervise student worker.

- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent. In the absence of a four-year degree, a person with less education who has an exemplary work history in higher education and demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills (including proficiency in work processing, spreadsheets, and database) will be considered.
- Understanding of current Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, policies and procedures and how they impact student enrollment processes preferred.
- Experience in marketing/ branding; customer relations; and academic admissions/ enrollment preferred.
- Knowledge of health and design professions/education preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
