Position summary
The Undergraduate Enrollment Associate supports the enrollment team in attracting, admitting, and onboarding new students. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, 3 to 4 days per week.

Duties and responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and their families via phone, text messages, mail, and video calls.
- Assist in processing applications upon request.
- Assist with the switchboard operation.
- Attend weekly meetings as requested.
- Assist the Preview and student visit teams.
- Meet prospective students during campus visits.
- Become familiar with all undergraduate admission requirements for all student types.
- Maintain active communication with schools and department representatives to facilitate services for applicants, accepted students, and enrolled students.
- Participate in regular webinars and other forms of continuing education.
- Assist with the First Stop Experience for the fall semester
- Supervise student workers as needed.
- Perform additional assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally by phone and email.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all constituencies, including prospective students, their parents, student workers, the Enrollment team, and staff from academic and support departments across campus.
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent certification and/or related experience preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Technical competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and to quickly learn and use the CRM Recruit and related interactions within Banner.
Interpersonal interactions
Able to work effectively with excellent customer service skills with all constituencies include prospective students and their parents, student workers, the Enrollment team, and people from academic and support departments across campus.
