Position summary

Under supervision of the Field Supervisor, the Field Laborer assists all daily work and production activities of the farm.

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Help implement weekly planting schedule.

• Assist with harvesting, weeding, transplanting, planting, pruning, and other daily duties.

• Record informations and data.

• Identify plants, pests, and weeds.

• Operating farm equipment such as a tractor, fork lifts, motor vehicle, etc. 

• Staffing a daily farmer market stand.

• Mentor new labors.

• Manning farm stand.
