Academic advisor to management students. Participate in some academic related committees.
Qualifications
PhD in Management is required. Teaching management courses on campus and on-line experience at the undergraduate and MBA levels is necessary.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Technical competencies
Computer based skills and ability to use or adapt to the online computerized system currently used at Andrews University.
Interpersonal interactions
Must be willing and able to interact with students as an academic advisor, as well as at School of Business Administration planned events.
Physical demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently sits and uses hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard. Required to stand, walk while tea teaching and carry objects with hands and arms. Regular visual demands include close vision work with a computer monitor.
Work environment
Private office and classroom work space is well-lit, but computer work may cause eye or wrist strain with prolonged activity.
