Position summary

To Perfom general maintenance for a 300 apartment facility plus 30  University owned houses.

Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance according to University Apartments policies and procedures


• Be able to work with minimun supevision while rendering loyalty, faithfulness and honesty in work in and in the use of time, materials and equipment.


• Refer concerns and questions to the Maintenance/Cleaning Supervisor


• Follow safety regulations in the use of chemicals, materials, equipment, and working procedure.

Supervisory responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Current Driver’s License

Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to chemicasl wet and / or humid conditions and outside weather conditions.  The employee is occasionally exposed to high, fumes, dust or airborne particles.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
