Position summary
Graduate Assistant will support the daily operations of the Dept. of Leadership.
Qualifications summary
- Graduate Student
- Maintain calendar, schedule appointments and assist in the planning and logistical coordination of meeting and office activites, meetings and conferences,
- Screens telephone calls, answers routine inquiries or refers caller to the appropriate individual for response,
- Perform an array of office duties including data entry, filing, and creating documents,
- Maintain an orderly system for planning, follow through, and completion of tasks,
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining records of expenses in excel,
- Assist in a variety of marketing and recruiting projects.

- Run errands as needed,

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, web development software and social media
- Experience with Moodle and Live Text a plus
