Qualifications summary

Junior or Senior Undergraduate students
Graduate students in any level
Freshman or Sophomores already trained in Orton-Gillingham Multisensory methods or anyone willing to be trained
 

Duties and responsibilities

Consistent Training in Orton Gillingham based Multi-sensory methods
Attendance need to be consistent
Work well with students/clients
Interact well with parents
Make lesson plans before each lesson.
Attendance in staff meetings.

Supervisory responsibilities

Supervise your student at all times.

Qualifications

Good reading skills, good writing skills, knowledge of English language/grammar/spelling rules(good pronunciation and enunciation of words)
Clear communicator
Patient and Christlike in dealing with others

Technical competencies

Use computer processing
Skype/meeting

Interpersonal interactions

Must be comfortable interacting with individuals with various challenges
