Position summary

The Student Chaplain of Learning and the Arts strives to develope engaging faith development initiatives that work outside of the typical mass gatherings of worships.  This will include lots of team building and collaborating with other organizations.  They must have a passion for social justice issues, value conversations, and being able to facilitate planning and organizational meetings.

Qualifications summary

Shoulds have leadership experience
Should be comfortable with building and leading a team
Should enjoy working with people in a structured environment
Should possess networking skills
Should be comfortable with building and maintaining positive relationships with other organizations.
Should exhibit high-level abilities in the area of interpersonal communications
Should be internally driven
Should possess project-management skills
 

Duties and responsibilities

The Student Chaplain of Learning and the Arts should be available a minimum of 10 hours a week to regularly meet with their assigned Chaplain and facilitate the objectives assigned for completion.
