ACADEMY GENERAL - Academy Principal

Position summary

The Principal is Andrews Academy's leader and is responsible for ensuring that the school fulfills its mission and goals.  The Principal will:  provide leadership for Andrews Academy; ensure the continuation of Andrews Academy as an excellent Seventh-day Adventist secondary school; and administer the school consistent with the policies and procedures adopted by the Operating Board.

Supervisory responsibilities

Responsible for all faculty and staff of Andrews Academy.  Ensuring appropriate supervision of all Andrews Academy students.

Technical competencies

Able to work effectively with Andrews Academy computer systems and programs, inlcuding use of email and Microsoft Office suite. 

Interpersonal interactions

Need to be a strong interpersonal communicator with students, faculty and staff, parents, constiuency, and Board.  For further details see Qualification Summary.
