Duties and responsibilities
- Administrative support to the admissions director
- Assist students and parents regarding the Physical Therapy programs requirements – undergrad and graduate
- Counsel and advise students for schedules and registration, including incoming Freshmen
- Evaluate transcripts for prerequisite course fulfillment
- Monitor completion of non-academic requirements
- Collaborate with professors for DPT interviews
- Process and monitor DPT applications and confirmation deposits
- Assist with pre-PT assemblies
- Assist with preview and promotional events
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow up with prospective grad and undergrad students
