Position summary

Primary Duties:
• This person routinely assists the Building Manager in warehouse activities, setting up and tearing down classrooms, and moving heavy equipment.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Assists as receptionist, handles phones and sorts mail
• Updates various MS Access databases
• Prepares mailings and tabulates surveys
• Photocopies and collates materials
• Campus errands as directed
• Monitors PT Resource Room: checks materials in/out, re-shelves, catalogues new books
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required

Exhibits computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database
• Outstanding communication skills demonstrating mastery of spoken and written English
• Able to work on multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
• Demonstrated ability to focus and learn quickly

• Commitment to respect the scheduled work hours and punctuality is essential
• Conforms to the University's standards of dress
