Position summary
Hangs doors, replaces windows, window screens, installs weather stripping, interior trim, and finish hardware. Repairs floors and floor tile, repairs steps, builds partitions, works with sheetrock and insulation. Performs general carpentry work. Installs suspended ceiling systems. Replaces damaged ceiling tile, and wall coverings

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
