Position summary
The Graduate Services Office in the School of Education is seeking a qualified graduate student to assist with developing and improving existing systems for graduate students record keeping.
Qualifications summary
The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate student with a high level of competency in Access Database, Excell, and Adobe Pro software.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- maintaining, improving or rebuilding Access databases
- assisting in creating various reports
- creating interactive forms in the Adobe-Pro software
- assisting in a variety of office duties such as scanning, e-mailing, and answering phone
- assisting with other office assignements as needed

Qualifications
The following criteria are vital:
- A good knowledge and experience in using Access Database software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro software

Able to create database and generate reports
