Cultural Adaptation to Stress

The Graduate Department of Psychology and Counseling invites you to partipate in a research survey that examines cultural adaptation to stress among college students. The researchers hope to identify how cultural group membership effects coping skills developed and one's subsequent ability to mediate stress. The findings should prove valuable for detection, intervention and prevention programs.

The study also involves a qualitative component. Students who are interested in participating in a brief focus group interview, please contact the researchers: Stacey Nicely or Dr Carole Woolford-Hunt at: nicely@andrews.edu

After completing the survey and/or focus group interview, participants will be given the opportunity to particiapte in a drawing for one of two $25 gift vouchers.
