Need a doggy foster home

My brother Michael is going back to school for three years and will not be able to keep his dog during that time. He is hoping to find a nice temporary home for Otis. This will only be needed during the school year, he will be able to take care of Otis during the summers. Otis is very sweet! He's good boy, almost two years old and trained. He is good with children and other dogs.
