Used Upright Piano

I am selling a used upright piano, which has brand name, "Young Chang", Korean company, with its certificate. 
It was manufactured in June 25, 1991 and I have owned it since 2008 till now. 
I have brought this one from Korea when I decided to come to Andrews Univ. in 2013. 
It has several fairly used marks outside, but has been tuned regularly, so still has good sound and it comes with its stool.  
The price will be $700 (negociation will be acceptable up to 10%).
It should go by Dec. 14.
