Looking for a female to take over my lease

Hi there, I currently live in a two bedroom apartment with a female roommate in Midway apartment on Kephart street, which is really closed to campus. My lease will end in 07/31/19, but I plan to move out as soon as possible, meaning you can move in right away. I need a person to take over my lease and live with my current roommate. the apartment is unfurnished. Rent fee is 300 per person per month, but it is negotiable . Utilities is not included.
