I need someone to take over my lease around June 7. I stay in the university apartments, Maplewood. It is 1 bed room furnished (you may get unfurnished).
My lease ends August 5 so you can stay till then or continue it. I have a cleaning fee that I have already paid and I'll leave it with you. $710 a month comes with air conditioning, internet, parking and utilities.
