Female Roommate

I will be a graduate student at Andrews starting in the fall. I'm looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment (I have everything, the only furniture you need to bring would be for your bedroom) and am looking to move in in August but willing to start paying in July if needed! I found a nice place in Buchanan, it's a super easy 15 minute drive to Andrews. Rent ranges from $262.50-$287.50 a person a month! I’m guessing after all utilities, rent will be around $400/month (if that!). Email or text me at anytime if interested!
