Hi, I am looking for someone to take up my roommate's lease. it is a 2 bedroom apt. approximately 0.3 miles (10 minutes walk) from Andrews University. On 9124 George street apts Rent: $650 which comes down to $325 each when we split it plus a $325 security deposit. Only paid once on the day you sign tha lease. Water and trash included. Electricity and Wifi NOT included.
