Female Roommate to share two bedroom apartment

Hi I am looking for a female room mate to share a two bedroom apartment with me. 

Total rent is $575, so each would be paying $287; excluding electricilty and laundry. There is a coin laundry in the lobby which can be used anytime.

Bathroom, Kitchen and living area will be shared. Two Separate rooms with only closet & no furniture. 2 mins drive to the university campus and ten mins walking. It is just opposite to the Apple valley signal.
