David Reitze to Speak on Gravitational Waves

To launch the new Kingman Speaker Series on Science and Society, David Reitze (LIGO Laboratory executive director) will give a presentation titled "Gravitational Waves: A Revolution in the Way We Study the Universe." Refreshments will precede the presentation.

Three key founders of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO) received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2017.
