Position Summary

The maintenance assistant supervisor works under the direction and guidance of the Residence Hall and Residence Life Directors.  Approximately 10-15% of the assistant supervisor’s work week is spent in leadership and training and 85-90% is spent in personal response to maintenance needs, routine duties, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
