I need a housemate for a duplex that is a 10 minutes drive off-campus.
- Rent: $400 / month
- Utilities not included (internet, electric and gas)
- You will be sharing, living room, kitchen and bathroom with the other housemate (Andrews staff).
- Parking place and large yard.
- Quiet neighborhood, quiet home
