Furnished 2-Bedroom Apartment for Summer 2022

I am moving out of my fully furnished 2-bedroom Beechwood Apartment for this summer, and need a female to take my lease over for my room, for summer. I have a housemate who will be staying over summer, so the kitchen, bathroom and living space would be shared. The rent is 422.50, which includes electricity, trash, water and WiFi.
