Peter followed that desire, and he was successful until his focus shifted from Jesus to the troubling waves. To have the desire to walk on water is great; to follow this desire is even greater. However, to shift your focus away from Jesus at the moment of the greatest success is the greatest mistake. But even then, Jesus is there to save us! Jony Hajaj is the speaker. His sermon is titled "The Cry from the Window." The sermon focuses attention on God's call for us to go where the need is greatest, to love boldly and to join the harvest already begun by the Spirit. The church service begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by Sabbath School at 11 a.m. A fellowship meal follows the service, and the AFM graduation is at 2 pm. It is a reminder to hold steady in the faith of our Lord and to stand strong in the love and peace that He pours. It is God's name that is being poured over the person being blessed.
