Educated in Australia and England, he earned a BA in history from Newbold College and PhD in history from King&rsquo;s College in London. Trim was on the faculty of Newbold College for a decade and held the Walter C. Utt Chair in History at Pacific Union College. He has also held visiting fellowships at the Huntington Library, the Folger Shakespeare Library, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. In 2003 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. A prolific author, Trim has edited or co-edited ten books, and his other publications include over 150 articles and chapters in scholarly journals, popular magazines, and books. She has been an educator for over 40 years, teaching Language Arts, English and English Education from the 5th grade through graduate school. While dean of the School of Education at La Sierra University, she was the principal investigator for the CognitiveGenesis Project, a research study to assess the academic achievement of K&ndash;12 students in Seventh-day Adventist schools in the U.S. and Canada. The results of this four-year comprehensive study brought national media attention to Adventist Education and were the impetus for the 2014 PBS documentary film, The Blueprint: The Story of Adventist Education, by Martin Doblmeier. Her current research initiative, DecisionGenesis, focuses on students&rsquo; worldview and decision making. For her research and contributions to Adventist Education, she has received the Journey to Excellence Award, the Charles E. Weniger Award for Excellence, the North American Division Award for Excellence and an honorary doctor of pedagogy from Andrews University.</p> <p> Udo Oyoyo, MPH, is the director of Statistical Services and assistant professor in the Department of Dental Education Services in the School of Dentistry and the Department of Radiology in the School of Medicine at Loma Linda University. He serves as a biostatistical consultant for NIH-funded grants at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Loma Linda University and La Sierra University&rsquo;s Center for Research on Adventist Education K&ndash;12 (CRAE). He is also one of 12 site principal investigators to support a national centralized dental data repository of over 4.4 million patients using the i2b2 platform. Most recently, she worked at the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists&nbsp;as the digital strategist for a new department, Social Media + Big Data, that connects members and mission through technology. During her time at the North American Division, she developed social media policies, devised comprehensive digital strategies for major initiatives, trained departments and ministries to run their own digital communications, helped launch new digital ministries, promoted conferences and events to increase attendance, and created an extensive resource website (<a href="https://www.sdadata.org/" target="_blank"><strong>SDAdata.org</strong></a>) for individuals, churches, conferences and organizations interested in digital evangelism. Additionally, she published her first book, &quot;Digital Discipleship and Evangelism,&quot; that serves as a practical guide for outreach, community service, growth and evangelism.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Previously, Domm worked at Smithsonian Associates, the world&rsquo;s largest museum-based education program, where she contributed significantly to the Associates becoming revenue neutral for the first time in 50 years. While with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra earlier in her career, she received national recognition for her work in the emerging field of digital strategy, and the orchestra was recognized for its technological achievements in communications.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Domm is dedicated to creating digital disciples and believes that the next Great Awakening will be online. She conducts online trainings, speaks at conferences and advocates for young digital missionaries. Committed to training and mentoring young people, she offers guidance and coaching to those interested in digital communications or evangelism.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Domm is also an accomplished musician, student of the Bible and avid reader. She was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist church in 2007 and lives with her husband and daughter in Virginia. Over the past 10 years, she has created innovation labs and developed Design Thinking teams for healthcare systems, government agencies, universities and Fortune 500 companies.</p> <p> Karen co-designed the nation's first undergraduate degree in Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship at Rollins College, plus developed an organizational innovation model, the Orchard Model of Innovation. Karen has served as university faculty for universities in the U.S. and Asia. Currently, she is a visiting professor at Rollins College and AdventHealth University.
