The Interior Design program at Andrews University is a four-year plus one summer course of study and results in the Bachelor of Interior Design degree. In accordance with our mission statement, the program will aspire to teach its students sound thinking, practical skills and rigorous scholarship in the discipline of interior design. As a Seventh-day Adventist institution, our students will learn to serve mankind in accord with their professional and Christian vocation and seek the virtues of joy, beauty, wholeness, and moderation in their lifelong pursuit of learning.
Interior Design Degree:
The interior design program is a four-year plus one summer course of study and results in the Bachelor of Interior Design. This degree qualifies students to participate in the Interior Design Experience Program (IDEP) which is required in order to be eligible to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification examination (www.ncidq.org).
