BioBoost

Are you planning on registering for Foundations of Biology in the coming year? BIOBOOST will help you navigate the challenges of this course. Foundations of Biology is a rigorous course designed to fully prepare students for more advanced biology courses and for the biological sciences section of professional school admissions tests such as the MCAT and DAT.

BIOBOOST is developed to give you a head start. It will take place during New Student Orientation Week, August 21-25, 2017. While you are settling into your new “home away from home”, meeting new friends, and learning how to navigate your way around our campus, we want to also introduce you to some strategies for academic success in biology.

We know that you want to succeed, and we are rooting for you! However, we also know that the start of college sometimes poses challenges. We would like to help you overcome these challenges as soon as possible so that you can hit the ground running when the semester starts.
