Medical Terminology is offered by the Medical Laboratory Sciences department at Andrews University.

Medical Terminology

Prerequisite: permission of instructor.
An in-depth study of medical terms and abbreviations relating to diseases, disorders and drugs. This course is also available to off-campus students through distance learning.

Tuition: $375 for one semester credit
Fee: plus $30 undergraduate general distance fee

Registration: There are four main steps:

  1. Apply as a guest student at www.andrews.edu/ptc
  2. Wait for admission. You will receive directions on what to do next via email.
  3. Register for classes and make payment through Registration Central (refer to the emailed instructions in step 2).
  4. Details for accessing the course will be emailed to you after your registration is completed.
     

NOTE: The online class is ONLY available to off-campus students. Main campus students must register for the face-to-face class, unless they have the instructor's approval.
