The charge is $65.00 and must be submitted with permission form to the main academy office not later than 3:30 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, and is non-refundable beyond 12:05 pm Thursday, September 9, 2010. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Glassford.
