Philip Drey will defend his dissertation in partial fulfillment of the PhD: Biblical and Ancient Near Eastern Archaeology degree in the area of Near Eastern Archaeology. Drey's dissertation title is, "Material Culture of Transjordan: The Persian Period Pottery of Tall Al-'Umayri."
