Off-Campus Library Services - Having Problems?


If you are experiencing problems of any sort, whether they be technical problems or just feeling frustrated trying to use the library's resources please do not hesitate to contact us.  Nothing is too insignificant for us if it's bothering you.  We are here to assist you in your off-campus learning experience.

You may call 269-471-3283 for assistance. Staff are available to assist you between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM and 12 NOON on Friday EST.  At other times, please leave your message and contact information on the answering machine and your call will be returned.

Whichever option you choose, please remember to include your name, email address, Andrews University ID number and the program you are taking in your message. Also describe in as much detail as possible the problems you are experiencing so we can try to replicate your situation. We will do our best to assist you and resolve your problems as quickly as possible.
