Dennis Waite is married with 3 children and has lived in Michigan most of his life except for a 2 year teaching post in Newfoundland, Canada in the late 70's. He has been involved in clinical/counseling/psychotherapy services since 1984. Dr. Waite enjoys backpacking, wilderness adventure, and has a passion for Siberian Huskies such that he runs a siberian husky refuge. His philosophy is: "Dogs have much to teach us if we only pay attention." He has been teaching at AU since 1998.
