Feeling isolated from your friends, classmates or your other social support network?

Are you concerned about your emitional wellbeing due to social distancing, isolation, or quarantine as part of COVID-19 precautionary/containment measures?

Are you concerned or worried about your future as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic?

Do you just need a safe, non-judgmental space to share/process your concerns and feel heard, understood, and supported by a licensed facilitator or others who might have similar experiences or going through similar things as you are?
