How to Use a U2F Key  |  

You must use the Google Chrome web browser to complete these steps!

Step 1

Insert your U2F token into your computer.

  

Step 2

Using the Google Chrome web browser, sign-in to an Andrews service protected by Duo Two-Factor Authentication.

  

Step 3

Use your U2F token. If your token flashes when inserted, press it.

  • You may also select Remember me for 1 day to not have Duo authenticate you for 24 hours. See more info on this.
