Where applicable, faculty and staff are issued a Microsoft Exchange account for email and calendar collaboration while employed at Andrews University.Adjunct and Contract Faculty may access your Andrews email on the AU Gmail system (gmail.andrews.edu).

On University-issued computers, Microsoft Outlook is the recommended email program to use. To request an Exchange account submit a work order or call the Computer Support Line at 269-471-6016.
Personal devices only
If you're using BlackBerry 10, set up your account using Exchange ActiveSync. Exchange ActiveSync lets you synchronize email, calendar, contacts, tasks, and memos with your account. In most cases, your device will set up your account in just a few simple steps.
If it can't find your connection information, you'll see a message recommending that you use advanced setup steps. If this is the case, see the next procedure. Use the following steps to use advanced settings to set up your Exchange ActiveSync connection to your account.
If you see the message that your account cannot be authenticated with your service provider, click OK, then Previous, then verify that your settings are correct.
