2021: Eunenia Cheng

Please join us for the second annual Robert and Lillis Kingman Lecture Series on Science and Society, Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 7:00 pm in the Howard Performing Arts Center on the campus of Andrews University. The presentation, intended for lay audiences is entittled, "The Art of Logic in an Illogical World." Eugenia Cheng, PhD, will be the featured speaker. Dr. Cheng is Scientist in Residence at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Honorary Visiting Fellow of City, University of London. Previously she was a senior lecturer of Pure Mathematics in the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Sheffield, UK.

2019: David Reitze

The inaugural speaker was Dr. David Reitze, executive director of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) Laboratory and Professor of Physics at the California Institute of Technology.
