If you are interested in having a booth at the Health Career Job Fair, please fill out our registration form and review the exhibitor rules below:
The deadline for applications and payments is two weeks before the event. Registration information such as companies name, positions to be filled and email for contact person will be included in the booklet for those who register before the deadline.
All booths must be set up by 10:15 a.m.
Participants with a booth in the fair must check in at the Howard Performing Arts Center between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
At this time you will receive information about where your booth is located and breakfast will be served during this time.
Table skirts will be provided.
Tables are standard 6-ft long rectangular tables.
Display/backdrop booths are welcome, but shouldn't be too big to be an inconvenience for other recruiters/exhibitors.
The fair is open to graduating seniors and juniors from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Electrical outlets are available
They should be clearly marked on the registration form should you need one.
Please leave your booth area clean after the fair.
