Gisele Kuhn is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Mrs. Kuhn has a passion for teaching. She taught nursing students for many years in the practical and theoretical aspects of nursing. She is also passionate about mission service and has worked as a missionary for ADRA Azerbaijan or 4 years. One of her classes is "Intercultural Mission service in Nursing" which includes a service trip that enables senior nursing students to apply nursing knowledge, skills, critical thinking as they serve the community, increasing their cultural awareness and sensitivity. She has worked as a public health nurse in Azerbaijan, a critical care nurse in the Liver, gerontology, and pediatric areas throughout her nursing career. Mrs. Kuhn enjoys participating and presenting in Pediatric Nursing and Nursing Education conferences.
She has presented at several Pediatric Nursing and Nursing Education conferences topics including: "Management of Chronic Illnesses in Childhood: The Role of the School Nurse", "Asthma Management in Schools", and "Nursing Curriculum Innovation and Native- American Competency".
Mrs. Kuhn teaches "Intercultural Mission Service", "The Developing Child (Pediatrics)"
