Welcome from AUSA!

Congratulations! You are one of us.

We're certain that you, like us, will find Andrews University to be a place where you can Seek Knowledge, Affirm Faith and Change the World.

The Andrews University Student Association (AUSA) officers are looking forward to your arrival. From planning events and offering services to communicating your wishes to administration, our goal is to serve you and make your time at Andrews memorable.

We have three suggestions as you begin your college experience:

  • Stay Spiritually Focused—Make your relationship with God your number one priority this year. AUSA will offer many opportunities for you to grow spiritually, from enriching weekly vespers to a life-changing Week of Prayer. Come find us if you have questions or need a quick prayer between classes.
  • Get Involved—AUSA is excited about the potential of the Andrews campus. We encourage you to appreciate the cultural diversity of our campus while investing in experiences that bring us all together. Step outside your comfort zone. Get involved. It will create opportunities you never dreamed possible.
  • Speak Up—Communication between students and faculty is crucial. As students, we have valuable perspectives. In turn, we need to appreciate the wisdom of faculty and administrators. Updates on initiatives AUSA is working on will be posted on our Campus Center bulletin board and our website.

Spirituality, unity, school spirit, and communication will be the focus for everything we do this year. If you are interested in helping us improve this campus, consider applying to be an AUSA Senator. It’s a great way to get involved and make a positive change. Applications are available in the AUSA and Student Life offices and must be turned in by the beginning of September of each year.

The AUSA offices are located on the lower level of the Campus Center. Please come by anytime.

We look forward to meeting you soon!

Yours in service,

The AUSA Officers
