Welcome!

God and Human Life (Andrews University/RELT 100) deals with basic Christian theology. This course focuses primarily on those Christian doctrines and practices that have been widely confessed and taught by the majority of Christians over time and in most places where Christians live and witness. This does not preclude giving these presentations a distinctively Protestant, Wesleyan, Restorationist, evangelical, or Adventist theological flavoring. What we are saying is that the core of these teachings will be in line not only with the Seventh-day Adventist "Statement of Belief," but also with the great classic creeds of Christianity of the first five centuries (such as the Apostles' creed and the Nicene creed-more strictly known as the "Niceno-Constantinopolitan creed").
