To promote health and safety on our campus, Andrews University employees, University students and Andrews Academy students can use the #CampusClear app to report illness, COVID-19 symptoms and/or potential exposure. As a community, we must do everything possible to continue to help create a safe and productive learning environment for each individual.

If you're feeling sick, or are concerned about potential COVID-19 exposure if you're not vaccinated or immune, #CampusClear will present you with a single question: “In the last 24hrs. have you experienced any of the following…?” All you do is answer honestly. After you submit your answer, the app will either present you with the next steps you need to take, or present you with a campus “FastPass” (your green light to visit campus).

#CampusClear collects your email address to verify that you are affiliated with your school. Your email address will be stored encrypted, rendering you totally anonymous. Your email may only be decrypted by a University case manager for the purposes of campus management. #Campus Clear will also store your daily survey answers for campus management purposes.

#CampusClear does NOT collect names or any other personally identifiable information. It also does NOT collect locations. The app does NOT use GPS or Bluetooth.

During the 2021–2022 school year, #CampusClear is available for use whenever you aren't feeling well or if you have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person (regardless of vaccination status). Daily use of #CampusClear is no longer required.

Take 10 seconds for a health
assessment when you need it.

All Andrews University students and employees will be encouraged to use #CampusClear to self-screen for symptoms and potential exposure to COVID-19.

Employees, University students and Andrews Academy students can conduct their health and exposure self-screening when needed, taking body temperature and reporting any symptoms, through use of the #CampusClear mobile app or web platform.
